The problem
Fly Consular sells seven distinct things — visa consultation, study abroad, flight booking, hotels, corporate travel, tours and airport rides. Presented as one undifferentiated list, none of them convert.
Every enquiry was arriving by phone, which caps how many clients one team can handle in a day.
What I built
Each service got its own page with its own argument and its own call to action, so someone searching for study-abroad help lands on a page about study abroad rather than a generic homepage.
An appointment booking flow with confirmation pages replaced the phone call as the default entry point, and affiliate travel integrations let the site earn on flights and transfers it does not fulfil itself.
The parts that were hard
A page per service, not a list
Seven dedicated service pages, each independently searchable and each able to carry its own campaign.
Booking instead of phone tag
Appointment and contact flows with confirmation screens, so enquiries arrive structured and the team stops losing leads to missed calls.
Revenue beyond the core service
Affiliate integrations for flights and airport transfers turn traffic the business could not otherwise monetise into commission.
